This is such a great shirt. I love it... the cuff detail is something else.
It's a UK12 - I'd say a great fit for a UK10 to smaller UK12s.
100% polyester.
The fabric is relatively sheer - you can wear over a vest/ camisole or if you're braver, over a fabulous bra/bralet.
