Incredibly special blouse.
It's pure, very fine cotton with a beautiful print and smocking around neckline and very slightly puffed sleeves. There are three buttons at the back neckline.
Truly gorgeous - would make a perfect present.
The label says for 4 years... we'd say it would happily fit from 2 (looser fit) up to 4.
